For over 41 years, Andy Myszak has been involved in design and building. He has been a registered architect since 1985 and has been responsible for a multitude of projects throughout the United States as well as worldwide.
Myszak founded Myszak + Palmer Architecture and Development in 1995, based on the rm philosophy of their mission statement: “Myszak + Palmer provides value and satisfaction to our customers in an honest and professional manner. We nurture individual creative freedom in our staff to enhance the communities in which we work and live.”
For over 41 years, Myszak has been involved in design and building.
A registered architect since 1985, he has been responsible for projects throughout the United States as well as worldwide. Mr. Myszak has been involved in Public Housing since 1988; and more recently, since 2010, he has been instrumental in planning Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments throughout Southern Indiana.
Sanjeev Jaipuriar is an affordable housing professional specializing in Low Income Housing Tax Credits and multifamily lending programs. Using his extensive experience in housing nance, underwriting and asset management, Jaipuriar assists Advantix with development activities in affordable and market rate projects.
Prior to contracting with Advantix Development Corporation and joining Flaherty & Collins Properties, Jaipuriar was the Vice President of Acquisitions for City Real Estate Advisors in both Indianapolis and Boston. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Underwriting for Great Lakes Capital Fund in Lansing, Michigan, as well as a Director and Asset Manager for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. in Columbia, Maryland.
Jaipuriar has 20 years’ experience in the acquisition, underwriting and asset management of housing tax credit investments. He has an MBA in Finance from Georgetown.
