Rental Assistance Demonstration

Advantix Development Corporation Specializes in Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Conversions. Between 2016 to 2018, Advantix Development Corp. completed the conversion of 888 EHA Public Housing units to RAD through a series of 4 projects. Currently, Advantix Development Corp. is working with the Kokomo Housing Authority to complete a RAD conversion of 551 Public Housing Units.
