Advantix Development Corporation Specializes in Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Conversions. Since 2016, Advantix Development Corp. working with multiple Housing Authorities completed the conversion of 888 Public Housing units to RAD through a series of eight projects. Currently, Advantix Development Corp. is working in Ohio and Kentucky to complete a RAD conversion of 551 Public Housing Units.

With the RAD journey beginning in 2014, Advantix has years of experience with the process. In fact, Evansville, IN was one of the first cities in the nation selected by HUD to participate in renovating the first 60, 000 public housing units in the country through the new RAD Project.
